Nice story, but very dangerous thinking. "Urchin" is a terrible name; it doesn't tell a potential customer anything, it doesn't even have a nice ring to it. Urchin was successful despite their name, not because of it. Portraying everything a successful company did as "lessons" is naive and harmful for young entrepreneurs.
